In our designs, we often encounter the need to make samples or a part prototype before serial production. Based on the prototype, the customer can assess its application and compliance with design assumptions. In such situations, we can produce a given part without the need to use a dedicated tool, but by means of a laser plotter making parts with high precision and in a very short time. Consequently, we also shorten the lead time (tool waiting time) and minimize the costs, which is decisive for the project success. We treat the customer’s approval of the prototype as tantamount to authorizing the part’s serial production. Laser plotter also enables to produce small production series.

In the co called rapid prototyping process we also use:

  • 3D printers,
  • 3D optical scanner with the possibility of reverse engineering.
