foams and technical materials
Foams and technical materials include a variety of products with different structures and properties that are widely used in industry, construction, automotive, electronics and many other fields. For our application, we select materials based on their specific characteristics, such as strength, conductivity, insulation, chemical resistance, resistance to high or low temperatures

-
PE foam
Used for packaging goods, including: as an insert for boxes, produced to position and secure details during transport. Due to its properties, it is also ideal as a thermal and acoustic insulator, spacer and seal. - Density from 18 kg/m3 to 250 kg/m3. Thickness from 2 mm to 20 mm. Temperature range: from -60 degrees C to 95 degrees C.
-
EVA foam
Flexible with good shock-absorbing, acoustic and sealing properties. It provides excellent thermal insulation and is used, among others, in the production of gym and medical accessories, protectors, carpets, and shock-absorbing pads. It can be also used as an insert for various types of containers. Density from 33 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3. Thickness from 40 mm to 120 mm. Temperature range: up to 130 degrees C.
-
PU foam
Characterized by good vibration absorption. It can be used as a seal for air conditioning systems, as well as in the refrigeration and upholstery industries. Density from 14 kg/m3 to 250 kg/m3. Thickness from 2 mm to 30 mm. Temperature range: from -30 degrees C to 180 degrees C.
-
Filter foam
Mesh size range: 10 to 45 PPI - Used in air conditioning and ventilation systems in general industry.
-
PUR foam
Used for relatively high mechanical loads. It is ideal for securing products during transport, and is also used in the automotive industry for seat, headrest and upholstery production. Density from 25 kg/m3 to 180 kg/m3. Thickness from 2 mm to 100 mm. Temperature range: from -50 degrees C to 110 degrees C
-
PVC foam
Characterised by low water permeability and high resistance to combustion. It can be used both indoors and outdoors due to its high resistance to weather conditions. Used in the production of, among others, ventilation seals and display pads. Density from 100 kg/m3 to 320 kg/m3. Thickness from 2 mm to 30 mm. Temperature range: from -30 degrees C to 100 degrees C
-
EPDM foam
Depending on its type, we distinguish closed, semi-open and closed cell EPDM. This material is highly flexible, has shape memory and is highly resistant to stretching, ageing, weather conditions and UV radiation. It is very suitable for automotive applications, such as loudspeakers, control columns, headlights, fuel filler caps and air conditioning. Density from 60 kg/m3 to 100 kg/m3. Thickness from 3 mm to 55 mm. Temperature range: from -40 degrees C to 110 degrees C.
-
neoprene foam
With closed cell provides an excellent barrier against air, dust, water and oil. It is used, among others, in electronics and automotive application, to dampen and absorb vibrations. It is highly resistant to UV radiation. Density from 170 kg/m3 to 270 kg/m3. Thickness from 1.5 mm to 10 mm. Temperature range: from -50 degrees C to 110 degrees C. Hardness from 30 to 55 [deg Sh A].
-
thinsulate tm
Material designated for specialized acoustic insulation in the automotive industry. Very good soundproofing properties result in effective noise dampening in vehicles. These nonwoven fabrics are highly resistant to mould and moisture. Density from 16 kg/m3 to 32 kg/m3. Thickness up to 8 mm.
-
felt
Felt products are recommended as thermal insulation, soundproofing or slipping material. This material is also used in systems for preparing surfaces for bonding, as well as seals in cooling systems and oil pans. Our product range includes natural and polyester felts. Density up to 350 kg/m3. Thickness from 1 mm to 30 mm. Temperature range: from -40 degrees C to 100 degrees C.
